Job Overview
The intern will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring our digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on quality assurance processes and improvements.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for manual testing and QA.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills.
