Role Overview
As a Development Team Intern, you will have the opportunity to support various areas of expertise within our development team
Job Description
- Developing and maintaining user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Creating and integrating immersive 3D experiences and optimizing performance for smooth user interaction.
- Developing and optimizing 3D models and animations, including implementing 3D rendering, scene management, and interactions within the 3D environment.
- Designing and developing scalable and secure backend systems, managing data storage, and ensuring user data integrity.
- Integrating AI capabilities and developing machine learning models to improve user experience.
- Developing and optimizing algorithms to improve user engagement and recommendation systems.
- Managing server infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and resource allocation using AWS and DevOps tools.
- Building and maintaining a developer community by creating documentation, tutorials, and organizing events.
- Developing and optimizing mobile applications, ensuring quality and performance across devices and operating systems.
Required Qualification
- Basic understanding of front-end or back-end development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using development tools and technologies, particularly JavaScript and Python.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Practical mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering functional solutions.
- Obsession with optimization and writing perfect code/architecture without over-engineering.
- Passion for coding and product development.
- Willingness to understand and contribute to other areas of the company beyond development.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience or education in one or more of the following: 3D graphics development, real-time data processing, DevOps practices and tools, mobile app development and deployment, machine learning, algorithms, or AI.
- Familiarity with server infrastructure management using AWS and DevOps tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a developer community, including creating documentation and tutorials.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong understanding of scalable and secure backend systems.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering, scene management, and interactions within 3D environments.
- Experience in developing and optimizing mobile applications across various devices and operating systems.
- Mathematical background, especially in areas related to algorithms and data structures.
- Understanding of compiler design and programming languages.
- AI skills and experience in developing machine learning models.
- Familiarity with developing markup languages and engines.
- Experience in understanding and contributing to other aspects of the business such as marketing, product management, and customer service.
