Role Overview
You will collaborate with software testers and developers to ensure our testing processes are robust and efficient. In this role, you will become the trusted adviser on effective testing strategies and methods for the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in multi-disciplinary agile teams to create digital solutions.
- Introduce and maintain test tools relevant to business needs and technologies.
- Take ownership of the testing strategy.
- Lead the implementation of testing best practices to build quality applications.
- Advocate for quality throughout the development process and recommend improvements.
- Apply experience in shift-right testing to ensure appropriate alerting and monitoring across products and services.
- Maintain, execute, and report on non-functional testing requirements such as load, performance, stress, and contract testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in writing automation frameworks and scripts.
- Expertise with Playwright (TypeScript or JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps, and GIT.
- Familiarity with cloud providers like Azure or AWS (preferably Azure) is a plus.
- Experience in API testing using Postman or Swagger.
