Requirements
- Collaborate with service-based customers to gather and understand their specific requirements.
- Design and implement automated tests to meet customer requirements using the Testsigma platform
- Debug and resolve issues encountered during the automation process.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting, navigation, and product usage.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and best practices for project execution.
- Participate in rotational duties, including project-based work and general support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (knowledge of Testsigma is a plus).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
