Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
- Create detailed and comprehensive test plan and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and co-ordinate testing activities.
- Good knowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, Regression, Integration, and end to end testing.
- Testing experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix.
- Good Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver with Java
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium with Java
- Good understanding of SQL Queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills to test software, identify bugs and solve errors.
- Stay up-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Perform through Regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams like developers, QA, Professional Services, and Product Owner to identify the system requirement.
Other skills and experience (desired but not required):
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the financial services industry
