We’re looking for a driven Automation and Data Curation intern to join our energetic Support Engineering team. Job Description
- Collaborate with the Support team to pinpoint automation opportunities within support workflows.
- Create and implement tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Partner closely with the Support team to refine content in support tickets, ensuring the capture of precise and pertinent information for LLMs.
- Aid in crafting and updating knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Engage in team meetings to offer insights and suggestions for enhancing support processes and customer experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualification & Skill
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field obtained in 2023 or later.
- Possess robust programming abilities, especially in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit proficiency in both independent work and teamwork.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably acquainted with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
