You will be involved in:
- All the design and feature planning sessions, driving new innovative ideas and making decisions on what is feasible to implement.
- Seeing and seizing opportunities for quick wins but also being technically minded, customer, and business-oriented to drive solutions for complex problems.

What you will be doing:
- Write programs in a variety of computer languages such as Java and use frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Work with product management to understand product requirements.
- Participate and lead scrums and huddles.
- Take part in design reviews and code walkthroughs.
- Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors, and work with QA to adhere to Quality-first programs.

- Exposure to non-Windows based platforms.
- Projects done to highlight learnings.
