Job Description
- Develop software solutions for various subsystems within our applications, involving collaboration on requirement specifications, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the functionality and structure of our applications, as well as how customers interact with them.
- Stays abreast of emerging technology and development tools through ongoing research.
- Produces comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to effectively communicate solutions.
- Conducts defect analysis, root cause investigations, and participates in collaborative resolution efforts.
- Adheres to established integrated standards and internal quality systems best practices, and regulatory requirements in coding activities.
- Undertakes any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Proficient in scripting and object-oriented software development principles
- Familiarity with relational and/or non-relational databases
- Competent in software development with a solid grasp of methodologies
- Understanding of refactoring or re-engineering solutions

- Proficient in Agile software development methodologies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of experience.
- 0-2 years experience in Software development life cycle, Software testing methodologies, and Quality assurance.
- Familiar with C, C++, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts, Multi-tiered application design and development, Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), HTML/DHTML, JavaScript.
