Responsibilities:
- Seeking for an B2B Engineer to support our global file transfer software. B2B is our global file transfer system. This is very crucial for governance and compliance for FA.
- Strong communication skills for gaining understanding, support and compliance from both executive and junior audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions
- Customer focused individual who must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and effectively collaborate across teams
- Must be detailed oriented and able to provide superior level of customer service to employees and colleagues
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills required
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment in the performance of duties
- Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implication
- Exception written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. certificate or training on Cloud technologies with computer background
- Knowledge on Linux administration , Java Technology.
- Exposure to programming languages
- Skills in networking and web applications
- Exposure to SQL Server database design and methodology
- Exposure to the following operating systems: Linux , Windows Server 2008/2012
- Ensuring that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives and requirements
• Ensuring documentation is kept up to date (process, functional, and technical) - Coordinating business unit testing (BU QA/QC) of system enhancement and upgrades
- Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
