Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure the quality of our platforms.
- Understanding the flow of the Product and how it interacts with different components.
- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Setting up, and maintaining test suite for Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests
- Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming knowledge
- Knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge in relational databases like psql/mysql or Document databases like Mongo
- Any one programming language preferably Java/javascript
- knowledge of Testing frameworks like selenium, Appium
- Knowledge of chrome developer tools
