- Understanding of regression testing to confirm bug fixes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Capability to participate in test planning activities to derive test objectives and define test strategies.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance methodologies to maintain high standards in product delivery.
- Strong skills in preparing detailed test documentation, including test plans and test summaries.
- Keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with various teams.
