This position entails grasping the technical requirements of our partners, designing solutions that cater to both partners and customers, and serving as the technical bridge between our company and partner entities. You’ll also deliver technical support and training to our partners, ensuring smooth implementation and widespread adoption of our collaborative solutions.
Required Skills
- Provide support and assistance to customers who have adopted the Apptio SaaS solution, promptly resolving any issues they encounter.
- Manage the operational aspects of client accounts, such as assisting with data uploads, ensuring the accuracy of dashboard and report outputs, and similar tasks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our support team in a dynamic startup environment, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Utilize your expertise in business and technical analysis, as well as your understanding of IT environments, to tackle complex problems and advocate for best practices.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the company to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in relational database concepts.
- Foundational programming skills and grasp of web development, such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in handling large datasets in Excel, adept at identifying and resolving data-related issues swiftly.
- Ability to create technical designs through iterative mockups.
