You’ll also deliver technical support and training to our partners, ensuring smooth implementation and widespread adoption of our collaborative solutions.
Required Skills
- Provide support and assistance to customers who have adopted the Apptio SaaS solution, promptly resolving any issues they encounter.
- Manage the operational aspects of client accounts, such as assisting with data uploads, ensuring the accuracy of dashboard and report outputs, and similar tasks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our support team in a dynamic startup environment, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Utilize your expertise in business and technical analysis, as well as your understanding of IT environments, to tackle complex problems and advocate for best practices.

- Proficiency in relational database concepts.
- Foundational programming skills and grasp of web development, such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
