Primary Skills
- Proficient understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases.
- Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and V-Model for software development processes.
- Understanding of tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux (RHEL).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for ensuring software quality and reliability.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell and Batch for automation tasks.
- A strong desire to optimize activities through automation.
- Ability to handle customer-facing roles, understand client requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and logical reasoning skills for effective communication and problem-solving.
Secondary Skills:
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing code repositories and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of Devops.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project success.
- Continual learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering.
Qualification
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical fields like Computer Science or Information Systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Eligible Batch
- 2023 graduates
- 2022 graduates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience or completion of a technical certification course with a duration of at least 6 months between 2022 and 2023.
