Job Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents thoroughly to offer timely and insightful feedback.
- Craft detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases.
- Assess, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate testing tasks.
- Identify, document, and track defects rigorously.
- Execute functional, performance, security, and regression tests on software products.
- Establish and implement testing procedures for both new and existing products to align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to understand system requirements.
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle by working with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor results of debugging processes.
- Investigate the root causes of defects and provide training to users for implementing solutions.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Required Skills
- Demonstrated professional background in software quality assurance.
- Proficient understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.
- Previous involvement in crafting clear, succinct, and thorough test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with tools such as Spiratest, qTest, Zephyr, JIRA, Selenium, and Appium.
- Practical experience with black box testing.
- Hands-on proficiency with automated testing tools.
- Sound understanding of SQL and scripting.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Exposure to performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
