We seek individuals with:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Communications Engineering.
- Expected graduation in either 2024 or 2025.
Software Engineering Intern Position:
- Expected graduation in 2024.
- Availability required for either a 2 or 6-month period, beginning immediately
- Strong grasp of OS concepts and data structures
- Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented design
- Experience with real-time embedded software and device driver development
- Familiarity with mobile software development for Android, Windows Mobile or Linux platforms
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, Linux drivers, and Linux kernel development is a plus.
Hardware Engineering Intern
- Expected Graduation: 2025
- Duration: 11-month internship from July 2024 to June 2025

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the verification of System-on-Chip (SoC) with embedded RISC/DSP processors and communications/networking ASICs.
- Utilizing Verilog or VHDL, C/C++, Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting for tasks.
- Experience in RTL design and/or strong object-oriented programming (OO) skills.
- Familiarity with VLSI, wireless/wired communications and protocols, or graphics/video multimedia.
- Knowledge in LNA, PLL, OpAmp, CMOS, Cadence, ADC/DAC, SpectreRF, or Layout is essential for Analog /RF/Mixed Signal IC Design.
