Job Description
- Ensure the upkeep of current automation test frameworks
- Gather and analyze quality metrics derived from test runs
- Collaborate with developers to devise tailored testing approaches for new features and automate them
- Develop thorough test plans, carry out testing procedures, and automate where possible
- Assist engineering teams in diagnosing and resolving application and testing environment challenges

Qualification & Experience
- Proficient in technologies relevant to SN and coding, delivering high-quality results with over 0 years of experience.
- Skilled in utilizing various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
- Familiarity with the agile methodology in software development environments.
- Capable of comprehending multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and effectively employing them, including identifying and addressing any issues encountered.
- Proficient in using tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix tools for daily tasks and operations.
