Job Overview
As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance of our software products through thorough testing and validation processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Document and track defects found during testing, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Qualification: Any degree/2022 to 2024 Passed out candidate.
Required Skills
- Strong technical abilities and comfort working with various software programs.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
