Job Description
- Support team management in ensuring the completion of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle until release.
- Proficient in Agile project methodology, with a preference for experience in waterfall methodology.
- Capable of evaluating automation needs and offering suggestions to management for implementing automation capabilities.
- Lead test automation efforts, including script preparation, execution, and results reporting.
- Possess thorough understanding and experience in manual testing methodologies such as Smoke/Sanity, System – Functional, System- Integration, Regression, Data migration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Familiarity with manual testing processes, including test development, execution, defect identification, and logging.
- Provide comprehensive test status reports with metrics encompassing test development, execution, and defect status.
- Willingness to take ownership of and investigate issues, driving them to resolution.
- Effective communication skills with developers, domain experts, and project managers.
- Experience in testing complex products requiring domain knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changes.
- Strong logical evaluation skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with team members including developers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with remote onshore/offshore teams.
- Regularly update team management on project status.
- Proactive self-starter with a commitment to excellence and a drive to improve testing processes and products.
- Keen on learning, possessing both creativity and pragmatism.
- Desirable skill: Experience with Salesforce.
