Purpose of your role:

You have:
- Background in a Software Testing course.
- Knowledge on Manual Testing Concepts
- Knowledge of Automation of Test Scripts using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge in database MS SQL
Operational responsibilities:
- Understand the requirement (high level and detail) based on which you are to test your application.
- Design and Execute test scenarios based on business requirements using different test techniques
Functional, Integration, System for testing the modules developed. - Test applications and modules assigned to you.
- Responsible to Log the defects and capture the severity of the defects with all necessary details as
applicable. - Provide support to the development team on defect resolution.
- Work closely with your team and team leader to ensure the quality of every deliverable assigned to you.
- Gain an understanding of the application (functionally and architecturally) you are working in and the domain it is developed for.
- Strong knowledge in regression testing to identify bugs and issues within software before they occur in real user environment.
- Upskill in areas such as estimation, documentation, and communication.
- Adhere to the methods and processes used as a company standard.
Qualification requirements:
- BE; BTech/MTech, in Computer science, mechanical engineering, electronics and communications; MCA
- Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized.
- Certifications in Manual & Automation Testing, SQL or any relevant technology are a plus.
