Roles & Responsibilities
Following Lean & Agile methods, quality and security (SecByD) rules, and state-of-the-art DevOps practices under the supervision of senior and lead engineers.
Software Development & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain software that creates business value.
 - Write beautiful* and clean** code.
 - Complete testing and debugging.
 - Maintain and improve existing software.
 - Provide technical support by diagnosing and solving simple incidents.
 - Answer easy technical questions.
 - Implement minor changes to existing applications.
 - Carry out associated documentation.
 
Adaptation of Functional and/or Technical Specifications:
- Collaborate closely with business partners or UX/UI experts to provide a great User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX).
 - Adapt functional and/or technical specifications to cover the right level of business needs.
 
Execution of Controls and Tests:
- Build, execute, and optimize unit tests and unit plans, ensuring quality, security, and consistency.
 - Detect, understand, analyze, report, and solve malfunctions, incidents, and bugs.
 
Solution Deployment and Operation:
- Contribute to change management, communication, and training.
 - Build an automated deployment process.
 - Support the solution, especially in product mode.

 - Shareable, elegant (code as essay, “bookish”, minimal).

Qualification
A fresher position at NRP O:
- Any Graduate, Engineering Graduate is preferred.
 - Programming basics

 - Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
 - Very Good at communication
 - Good interpersonal skills
 - Flexible to work in shifts
 - Should have good learning acumen
