Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing payment processing systems and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions, contributing to a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, for payment applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, testing of payment systems.
- Collaborate with developers, BA’s, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
- Review requirements and specifications to ensure thorough understanding and test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through resolution.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the payment or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, gateways, and compliance standards (e.g., Euro – SEPA payments).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
