Role Overview:
- We are seeking fresh graduates who are keen to start their career in software testing, specifically focused on Java-based applications.
- You will undergo a 3 to 6 months structured training program to build your skills in Java testing, learn about automation frameworks, and work with the latest tools in the industry.
- Upon successful completion of the training, you will join a team involved in ensuring the quality and performance of exciting, real-world projects.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 3-6 month structured training program on Java testing and automation.
- Assist in writing, executing, and maintaining test cases for Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure software quality.
- Work with automated testing tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency of testing processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
- Learn and stay updated on new testing technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Follow best practices in software testing, including version control and code quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Java programming and testing principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Bond Agreement:
- A 1-year service bond is required, commencing after the training period.
