About Role
As a Product Analyst, your main task is to work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to identify ways to improve the product and develop new features.
Job Description
- Collect and exchange insights regarding daily operations, features, and customer behaviours to assist the product team in discovering, refining, and envisioning enhancements.
- Monitor essential metrics and evaluate product performance to gauge the effectiveness of new features.
- Create and deliver reports that effectively communicate valuable product insights to stakeholders.
- Aid the team in conducting A/B experiments.
- Support the team in implementing and delivering top-notch features.
Skills
- Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and analytical techniques, with expertise in SQL and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as QuickSight and Tableau.
- Experience using analytics platforms like MixPanel and Google Analytics.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic start-up setting, adapting quickly, and efficiently completing tasks.

Good To Have
